    Founded in 1945, what began as a small group of women who loved to sing, developed into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that would eventually bridge continents and unite women from around the world in their mutual love of music.

    North Atlantic Region 1 is part of Sweet Adelines International, a worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony through education and performance.

    Our region covers New England and Northern New York, USA as well as Quebec, Canada. We have 22 chartered choruses and more than 40 quartets.

Rehearsals

All our rehearsals are open to potential new members, so why not pay us a visit?
Rehearsals are held in the Federated Church of Hyannis' Baldwin Hall, 320 Main Street. The entrance to Balwin Hall is to the left of the entrance to the main church entrance. Park on the street, across Main Street, or on a side street.

 Rehearsals are 6:30-9 PM on Tuesdays
